ODL's solid and predictable cash flow generation and Puerto Bahía's strategic growth project portfolio form the basis of Frontera.
Frontera's principal assets and interests comprise: (a) a multipurpose maritime terminal in Cartagena Bay, through its 99.97% stake in Puerto Bahía; (b) pipeline transportation services, through its 35% stake in the ODL pipeline; and (c) other assets outside of Colombia, including its stake in Guyana.
